How do I complete my order? TOP
Once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button found on the Shopping Cart page. Review the items in your virtual shopping cart. You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Once this is complete, you will be directed to PayPal to confirm your payment. You may either sign in using your existing PayPal account OR simply pay with your credit card on PayPal's secure site. No need to have a PayPal account!
The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved. Your credit card information is never shared with us. Paying with PayPal is one of the safest ways to pay online. If you have any questions; don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you prefer NOT to use PayPal, we will also except Cash, Personal Cheques & Money Orders.
Please EMAIL your order to denise@mishus.com . Upon receipt Mishu's Baby Boutique will send you a confirmation invoice which will need to be included with all cheque & money order payments. All other information will be provided at that time.
Please note personal cheques or eChecks must clear before orders can be shipped out or picked up. This could take up to 5-10 business days.

Do I have to pay tax? TOP
At this time we are NOT required to charge any taxes on our products. Just another bonus for shopping with Mishu's Baby Boutique!
No taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada. The purchaser is however responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders. Exchanges & Refunds TOP
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, please contact denise@mishus.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. No items will be returned without a Return Authorization Number. All exchanges and returns must be completed with 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, unused, with all tags attached and still with original packaging.
All items become final after 14 days from purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item and will be issued less shipping and handling charges. If shipping had been provided free of charge, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If items are being exchanged, customers will incur charges for shipping the original item back as well as charges for shipping the new item out. Free shipping will be provided if an error was made by Mishu's Baby Boutique or if the wrong item was delivered.
Due to manufacturer guidelines and the personal nature of some of our products, the following items may NOT be returned or exchanged:

At Mishu's Baby Boutique, we do our best to promptly ship your purchases as soon as possible. Orders are processed each weekday (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. All orders will be shipped within 12 hours of receiving payment. You will be notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped. In the case of an item being out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified by email.
We ask that you allow up to 10 days for items to arrive. Although, the average is around 2-7 business days from the time your order is placed.
What is our Privacy Policy? TOP
At Mishu's Baby Boutique we will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
